Fit to the invariant mass distribution of $D^{*+}$ candidates in the $1.5 < p_{T} < 2 \text{GeV}/c$ interval, in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13.6 \text{TeV}$, reconstructed in the $D^{*+} \rightarrow D^{0}\pi^{+} \rightarrow K^{-}\pi^{+}\pi^{+}$ decay channel. An asymmetric double crystal ball was used to describe the signal, and a power-law function multiplied by the exponential of a third-order polynomial was used to describe the combinatorial background.
