The correlation between true spherocity and measured spherocity for events with at least one D$^0$ in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV. The track are selected with conditions $p_{\rm{T}} >$ 0.15 GeV/$c$ and $\left|\eta\right|<0.8$. In addition, only events with $20 < {\rm N}_{\rm tracklets} < 81$ are selected. The detector response shows good correction between true and measured spherocity.
Detail description
The correlation between true spherocity and measured spherocity for events with at least one D$^0$ in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV. The track are selected with conditions $p_{\rm{T}} >$ 0.15 GeV/$c$ and $\left|\eta\right|<0.8$. In addition, only events with $20 < {\rm N}_{\rm tracklets} < 81$ are selected. The detector response shows good correction between true and measured spherocity. The MC simulations used are LHC15a2a (charm-enriched anchor run to pass-4 LHC10b, LHC10c, LHC10d, LHC10e). The simulation has been generated using PYTHIA6 generated with Perugia 2011 tune.
The dotted line along diagonal shows the most probable value and the marker with box shows the mean value of distribution along with its RMS.
