Distribution of the $|\Delta\varphi|$ of D⁰D⁰ pairs for candidates with $2 < p_\rm{T} < 24$ GeV/$c$ for the $p_\rm{T}$ of the single D⁰. Only candidates in a 3$\sigma$ range from the D⁰ invariant-mass peak are considered. Two different distributions are plotted changing the minimum $p_\rm{T}$ of the pair: in blue, no cuts are applied, and in red, the  $p_\rm{T}$ of the pair was required to be larger than 4 GeV/$c$.
