Comparison of grooming methods used to find the hardest $k_{\mathrm{T,g}}$ jet splitting for R = 0.2 jets in 0-10% PbPb collisions at 5 TeV. The range of the semi-central PbPb is determined by requiring sufficient subjet purity and kinematic efficiency. The z_cut enables a larger kt range for the soft drop groomed splittings. At high kt, the grooming methods appear to select the same set of splittings within uncertainties, with a hint of modification at low kt for the soft drop groomed splittings
