Ratio to INEL>0 0-100% spectra for protons in pp at 13 TeV and p-Pb at 5.02 TeV (https://alice-publications.web.cern.ch/node/2258). The ratios are shown at similar (V0M) multiplicities in the two collision systems with respect to 0-100%.

The 0-100% spectrum for p-Pb collisions was obtained by summing up all the spectra at different multiplicities considering the multiplicity interval width as weight.
