The deformation is applied with $\sigma_0^{\rm L}$,$\sigma_1^{\rm L}$,$\sigma_2^{\rm L}$,$\sigma_3^{\rm L}$,$\sigma_0^{\rm R}$,$\sigma_1^{\rm R}$ and $\sigma_2^{\rm R}$.The higher-order width parameters are kept unchanged to fix the shape of the high DCA
