Example of invariant-mass distributions for the K*(892)$^{\mathbf{\pm}}$ meson in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV in the $\it{p}_{T}$ range 1.6 < $\it{p}_{T}$ < 2.0 GeV/$\it{c}$. In figure black marker shows the invariant mass distribution for same event and red marker shows the normalized mixed event background.
