The lower and upper limits of the flow angle and magnitude fluctuations from v2{2}/v2[2] along with v2{2}/v2[2] itself.

Using 4-particle correlations it is possible to probe the flow angle fluctuations separated from the flow magnitude fluctuations. The two effects are both presents when probing flow vector fluctuations with 2-particle correlations such as with v2{2}/v[2]. By using trigonometric double-angle formula a limit on the flow angle and magnitude fluctuations of v2{2}/v[2] can be probed.
