Detail description

Relative frequency of different cluster shapes obtained in the
measurement when the ALPIDE sensor was irradiated  with a 6 GeV/c pi-  beam  from the Proton
Synchrotron at CERN. Data are compared with distribution calculated with Monte Carlo simulation in the case of beam incident angle of 30
degrees. The MC simulation is described in “Study of Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors for the Upgrade of the ALICE Inner Tracking System”,Suljic Miljenko, CERN-THESIS-2017-304. We use 4.1.4 Version  of O2.
